FRESH JERSEY 4-H PASTURE RAISED LAMB
This lamb is raised by young boys and girls in NJ 4-H clubs. They are all born between January and March of 2010. They have had the best care and food these boys and girls can give them. The lamb will be available after August 1, 2010. It will be sold in halves. The half would include:
2 leg roasts (or 1 leg roast-3 lb. and sirloin chops
loin chops (about 8-1" chops)
rack chops (about 7-1" chops or a 7 rib frenched rack)
shanks (2 for osso bucco or stew)
riblets (for BBQ or stew)
grill chops (about 8 large grill chops or a boneless chuck roast)
ground (about 3 lb.)
(Orders can be customized to your specifications)
Each order will include a picture of the 4-Her and his/her lamb.
Each half will weigh about 30 lb.
The total cost for a half would be $125.00
