To our customer: We thank all of your for the patience you've shown as we worked through the challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Although we are still employing social distancing practices, and face coverings are still required, store operations have been slowly returning to normal. Below are current answers to the questions we’re hearing most often:
As of September 2, 2020 we will no longer have a door monitor. We will still be practicing social distancing and you must have a face mask that covers your mouth and nose. If there are too many people in the store and you cannot maintain social distancing, please wait outside until someone comes out.
If you are picking up a store pre order, come in the office door and proceed to the store cashier. If there are too many people inside that area, please wait outside until someone comes out.
If you are picking up a large freezer order or custom animal, please enter at the office door and proceed to the service window. If there are too many people inside that area, please wait outside until someone comes out.
Q - When will you start taking online orders again?
A – We are accepting online orders now! In early June we reactivated our online ordering system. Most online orders may be picked up as soon as the next business day, although the turnaround time for quarter, half, and whole animals will be longer.
Q - Can I still order by phone?
A - Yes, we are still taking orders by phone, and like online orders, most items ordered by phone may be picked up the next business day.
Q: Do you have "curb side pickup" like some stores?
A: For our customers age 65 and over we continue to offer parking lot pickup. It's as easy as it is convenient:
Q: Will the store be crowded? Will I have to wait in line?
A: The lines have subsided. There is usually not a wait to get in, and when there is a wait it's because we're admitting a limited number of people into the store at one time.
