Thank you for your patience as we deal with the huge spike in demand the coronavirus outbreak has created. Like most retail businesses, we’re making operational changes to deal with this unique situation. Rest assured that we are working hard to provide you with the best possible service, but some lines, delays and shortages are inevitable. Here are answers to some of the questions we’re hearing most often:
Q: Are you open?
A: We continue to operate on our regular schedule, as posted on our home page. In consideration of our customers and employees we ask that no one enter the store if they are exhibiting any of the common COVID-19 symptoms (fever, coughing, or difficulty breathing).
Q: Do you have "curb side pickup" like some stores?
A: For our customers age 65 and over we're now offering parking lot pickup to our . It's as easy as it is convenient:
Q: Can I place orders online or by phone?
A: Yes, we have resumed online and phone ordering for all products, although some pick-up dates and times may not be available due to the high volume of orders we are receiving.
Q: Are you still having your Friday Night Fish Fry?
A: Yes. The next date will be April 3rd. For faster service, place your order online.
Q: Will the store be crowded?
A: Less than you might think. We're only allowing a few customers at a time to enter the store so they can more easily maintain safe distances between them, and we're asking our guests to space themselves out as much as possible. While in line and in the store we are asking individuals and families to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others.
Q: Should I expect long lines?
A: We've been experiencing the longest lines at the beginning of the day. You will probably spend less time in line by coming in sometime after noon.
Q: Are you running out of meat?
A: We are very well stocked, and have removed the temporary quantity restrictions we had on some items.
