YES, WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING DEER FOR PROCESSING

During the season, there may be times when we temporarily stop accepting deer.  We will give at least 24 hours advance notice of any pause.  Check this page for updates.  You may also sign up for email notifications.

​NJ still does not allow us to process bone in deer meat from out of state.

Is My Deer Ready?
  Note: We pride ourselves in fulfilling your order, including ground meat, using only your own deer. The exceptions to this rule are sausages, snack sticks, and chip steak; we make those products in combined batches so that we may offer a greater variety of sausage flavors, and keep production costs down.

YOU ONLY YIELD ABOUT 50% OF YOUR FIELD DRESSED WEIGHT TO TABLE WEIGHT.  PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE MORE ITEMS THAN YOU HAVE MEAT FOR.

    CUSTOM CUT OPTIONS
    SAUSAGES - choose your sausages below. There is a 5 lb. minimum for each variety you choose.

    We may have to use some items from above if there are not enough trimmings to make the sausages you choose.  The same meat is used for ground and sausage.  If you choose too much sausage, you may not get any ground meat.    The average deer only yields about 50% of its field-dressed weight.  Click here for details.

You can check the status of your deer is ready by looking on our is it ready page.  Standard turnaround is one week, but additional time may be required if your order includes sausage.
