ITALIAN Meatballs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice Pancetta, and pan fry until crisp. Drain fat.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and garlic
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Gently mix in Ground Mix and Pancetta, being careful not to over mix.
- Hand roll meatballs to desired size
- Pan fry in olive or vegetable oil, or bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
- Simmer in marinara sauce for 20 minutes, then serve over your favorite pasta.
