Stopped in on a whim and honestly couldn’t have been more pleased. I had been to Sprouts and a few other local spots trying to get a 1.75 lb New York strip, and either they questioned it, wouldn’t do it, or just couldn’t deliver.

Coming from Memphis, Tennessee the BBQ capital of the U.S. , I don’t say this lightly: their BBQ sauces gave me a real taste of home. That’s rare to find up here.

The meat was cut perfectly. Earl, the butcher, took the time to talk with me, walk through the cut, and even trimmed it up exactly how I wanted. That level of knowledge and care really brought back that Southern hospitality feeling I hadn’t experienced since being away.

Earl’s professionalism and kindness alone are enough to keep me coming back every time I’m in town. My girl has already decided this is her go-to spot from now on for meats, seasonings, and everything in between.

Thank you to Earl and the entire staff , I genuinely hope you all stay in business for years to come. It’s places like this that remind you there are still people who take pride in what they do, no matter where you are.

Did a online order. Maybe a 10 minute wait but they were very busy. Everyone friendly and meats are great.

By far they are my favorite butcher. The meats are of good quality and they are reasonably priced. They offer products that you can't get at a grocery store. And the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been going there for over 40 years.

A Fantastic butcher with fresh quality meats for a good value. They have a great fish fry dinner during lent on Fridays. They also have a valentines day pick-up dinner and a St. Paddy's Day brisket dinner.
