Note: We pride ourselves in fulfilling your order, including ground meat, using only your own deer. The exceptions to this rule are sausages, snack sticks, and chip steak; we make those products in combined batches so that we may offer a greater variety of sausage flavors, and keep production costs down.

Although the standard turnaround time for deer processing is one week, it can sometimes take a bit longer. Be sure to confirm that your deer is ready before coming to pick it up. Check our "is it ready?" page for the the current status.
There is a $1 per box, per week storage fee for any deer left over 30 days. Deer that are not picked up within 60 days will be discarded.
We add a small amount of pork to some venison sausage products to enhance their flavor and texture.
