Deer Processing Will Be Delayed This Season
Due to the ongoing labor shortage, we have been unable to assemble the full team of specialists needed to support our deer processing operation. Our recruitment effort continues, and we will begin processing as soon as we are able. Watch this page for updates.
Note: We pride ourselves in fulfilling your order, including ground meat, using only your own deer. The exceptions to this rule are sausages, snack sticks, and chip steak; we make those products in combined batches so that we may offer a greater variety of sausage flavors, and keep production costs down.
We accept deer for processing 24/7.
Full service check-in is available during the following times:
Self check-in is available at all other times.
DEER DROP OFF LOCATION IS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING AT THE LOADING DOCK.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE SIGN FOR SELF DROP OFF! DURING SELF CHECK-IN HOURS, PLACE YOUR DEER IN THE RED COOLER.
Although the standard turnaround time for deer processing is one week, it can sometimes take a bit longer. Be sure to confirm that your deer is ready before coming to pick it up. Check our "is it ready?" page for the the current status.
There is a $1 per box, per week storage fee for any deer left over 30 days. Deer that are not picked up within 60 days will be discarded.
We add a small amount of pork to some venison sausage products to enhance their flavor and texture.
