Don't let our low prices fool you. We pride ourselves in carrying only fresh, high quality meats. The majority of meat products sold today are flushed with gas, packaged in plastic, and sent on a long journey to the supermarket... often spending 2 - 3 months in distribution and changing hands several times.
Most of the meats in our display case come from regional farms, and are processed right on our premises. This allows us to provide a much fresher product than you'll find in most supermarkets. Furthermore, our lower distribution costs allow us to provide you with extraordinary value. We dry age our beef to ensure that your steaks are tender and more flavorful that the wet-aged beef you'll find in most grocery store. Our chicken is all natural and free-range. We make our smoked products - like smoked turkeys and jerky - by actually hickory smoking them; we don't use liquid smoke or artificial flavors. Our homemade sausage are free of preservatives or additives. At Bringhurst, quality comes first. Prices for buffalo, goat, lamb, veal, and venison can be found on the other meats page. These lists contain prices for most items in our store. We update them weekly, but please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Be sure to ask about our grass fed beef! |
