We’re South Jersey’s premier, full-service butcher shop. While most grocery stores start with pre-cut primals that have traveled through long distribution chains, we begin with the whole animal. Because our cutting is done in-house, we make so many of our own products, and we sell directly to the public, we’re able to offer the freshest, highest-quality meats—without the high prices. It’s been that way since 1934.
