​Bringhurst Sausages contain no additives, and no artificial preservatives.  Unlike many industrial sausages they're never 'gas flushed' for distribution; in fact, we don't distribute them at all. They are only available right here in our store.

You'll typically find a dozen or more varieties fresh in our butcher case, with additional selections available in our freezer section.
